This Is VIP After Hours: The Beginning of Something New

Episode 001 | VIP After Hours Podcast
Two brothers. Different perspectives. Endless conversations. Welcome to VIP After Hours.
Every great conversation starts somewhere. Sometimes it's around a table with friends, sometimes it's during a long drive, and sometimes it's a completely unexpected discussion that turns into something you remember for years.
For us, those conversations have always been a part of everyday life.
Now, we're bringing them to the microphone.
Welcome to VIP After Hours, a new podcast hosted by brothers Owen and Avery Quigley, where business, sports, entertainment, personal experiences, and everyday conversations come together.
With the launch of our very first episode, we're opening the door to something we've been excited to build: a place where conversations can go in just about any direction, opinions can be challenged, stories can be shared, and there's always room for a good laugh.
This is Episode 001, and we're just getting started.

Meet the Hosts: Owen and Avery Quigley
At the center of VIP After Hours are two brothers who have spent plenty of time working together, sharing ideas, debating different perspectives, and navigating the challenges that come with building something of their own.
Owen and Avery aren't coming into podcasting as professional broadcasters or seasoned media personalities. They're coming into it as brothers, business owners, and two people who genuinely enjoy a good conversation.
Through their experience building and operating VIP Outdoors, they've learned that there's a lot more to business than simply showing up and getting the job done.
There are decisions to make, risks to take, lessons to learn, and plenty of unexpected situations along the way.
But business is only one part of the picture.
Outside of work, there's sports, entertainment, current events, personal experiences, and the everyday situations that everyone can relate to.
That's where the idea for VIP After Hours comes in.
Rather than creating a podcast focused on one specific subject, we wanted to build something that reflects the conversations we naturally have.
Some episodes might focus heavily on business and entrepreneurship. Others might turn into debates about sports, discussions about what's happening in the world, or stories that are simply too good not to share.
The goal isn't to have every answer or agree on every topic.
It's to create an entertaining environment where different perspectives and interesting conversations can come together.
Why We Started VIP After Hours
Starting a podcast is something that had been on our minds as another opportunity to create, connect, and build something beyond our everyday routines.
When you spend a significant amount of time running a business, you quickly realize how many conversations happen behind the scenes that people never get to hear.
There are the serious discussions about goals and the future, the debates over decisions, the unexpected challenges, and the moments where all you can do is laugh about what's happening.
And sometimes, the conversations that have absolutely nothing to do with work end up being the most entertaining.
We wanted to take that same energy and create a platform around it.
VIP After Hours isn't intended to be another overly formal interview show or a podcast that takes itself too seriously.
We want it to have structure and quality while still maintaining the atmosphere of hanging out with friends.
That means having real discussions, asking interesting questions, sharing personal experiences, and allowing conversations to develop naturally.
We're not trying to create the impression that we've figured everything out.
We're building something new, learning along the way, and inviting people to be part of the experience.
And that's what makes the beginning exciting.
Episode 001: This Is VIP After Hours
The first episode is about introducing the show, getting familiar with the people behind the microphones, and setting the foundation for everything we want to build.
It's the starting point for a podcast that we hope will continue to grow and evolve over time.
In this opening episode, we're introducing the personalities behind VIP After Hours, the inspiration for creating the show, and the types of conversations that will shape future episodes.
We're bringing our backgrounds, interests, and perspectives into one place.
For listeners discovering the show for the first time, this episode is an introduction to what VIP After Hours is all about.
We're not limiting ourselves to a single category or trying to fit every conversation into a specific format.
Instead, we're building a platform where business, sports, comedy, life experiences, and current topics can all have a place.
And while the first episode marks the official beginning, it's only a small glimpse of what we want the show to become.
More Than Just a Business Podcast
Because we're both involved in running a business, entrepreneurship will naturally be part of the conversation.
But we want to make one thing clear:
VIP After Hours is not exclusively a business podcast.
We enjoy talking about business, but we also enjoy everything that happens outside of it.
Sports are a major part of our interests. Whether it's professional football, major sporting events, controversial decisions, or debates about players and teams, there's always something worth discussing.
Entertainment and current events will also have a place on the show.
We want to talk about topics people are already discussing with their friends, coworkers, and families.
Sometimes those conversations will be serious. Other times, they'll be completely ridiculous.
And that's part of the appeal.
We believe a great podcast doesn't necessarily need to revolve around one subject. It needs personalities, chemistry, and conversations that give people a reason to keep listening.
Our goal is to bring all three together.
What You Can Expect From Future Episodes
As VIP After Hours continues to develop, we want to create a variety of conversations and experiences for our audience.
Business, Entrepreneurship, and Real-Life Lessons
Building a business comes with opportunities, responsibilities, and challenges that aren't always visible from the outside.
We'll discuss what it's like to pursue goals, make decisions, handle setbacks, and work toward building something meaningful.
We also want to explore the experiences of other entrepreneurs and business owners who have taken different paths.
Success looks different for everyone, and there's a lot to learn from hearing how other people approach their work and their lives.
Sports, Debates, and Hot Takes
Sports have a way of bringing out some of the strongest opinions.
From NFL matchups and major headlines to player comparisons and controversial calls, we want to bring those debates into the studio.
There will be disagreements, predictions, and plenty of conversations that could go in unexpected directions.
And we're sure there will be some takes that don't age particularly well.
That's part of the fun.
Comedy and Everyday Conversations
Not every conversation needs to have a serious purpose.
Sometimes the best stories come from ordinary situations, unexpected moments, or experiences that seem unbelievable when you look back on them.
We want VIP After Hours to be a place where humor is part of the experience.
Whether it's sharing stories, reacting to something funny, or getting completely sidetracked during a discussion, we want the show to feel entertaining and natural.
Guests With Interesting Stories
One of the biggest opportunities we're looking forward to is bringing guests onto the podcast.
We believe everyone has a story, and some of the most interesting conversations come from people with completely different backgrounds.
That could mean local business owners, entrepreneurs, athletes, content creators, community personalities, or individuals who have experienced something worth talking about.
We're interested in the stories behind people's accomplishments, the lessons they've learned, and the experiences that shaped their perspectives.
Not every guest needs to be famous or have a massive online following.
Sometimes the most interesting person in the room is someone you've never heard of.
And we want to create opportunities for those conversations to happen.
Building Something Beyond the Podcast
While VIP After Hours begins with two brothers and a set of microphones, our vision extends beyond simply recording episodes.
We want to build a recognizable brand, a growing community, and a platform that people genuinely enjoy being part of.
That means continuing to improve the quality of the show, exploring new topics, connecting with interesting people, and creating content that reaches audiences across different platforms.
It also means giving listeners opportunities to participate.
As the show grows, we want to hear from the people watching and listening.
What topics do you want us to discuss? What questions would you ask a future guest? What debates deserve an entire segment?
The audience will play an important role in shaping the direction of VIP After Hours.
We want people to feel like they're part of the conversation rather than simply watching it happen.
